It is
essential that you provide us with correct delivery information.
When you place you order you will enter the delivery address, please
ensure that this is correct giving directions if difficult to find.
Please
provide us with a contact phone number (or two) for the recipient in
case there is a problem with delivery (they are not in to receive the
arrangement or the address is incorrect). If we need to the recipient
about delivery we will not mention that we are delivering flowers so as
not to spoil the surprise.
We can
attempt delivery a maximum of 2 times and within 2 days of the initial
attempt at delivery.
Regrettably,
and I hope understandably, we cannot make a refund if we can't deliver
the arrangement within 2 days of the first dispatch. Fresh cut flowers
have a shelf life and they must be received in the very best condition.
We cannot afford to absorb the cost of arrangements that cannot be
delivered due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information unless you
have provided us with a working telephone number for the recipient.
